Should we ask you to provide personal information by which you can be identified when using our website, in email correspondence, when completing registration forms or in the course of any other communication with us, please be assured that your data will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
What Personal Data is Collected by us?
In most circumstances we will collect no more than your name and contact details (name, business address, email address, telephone number). This data may be stored in our main database or in individual mailing lists. If we require making any payment to you then your contact details will also be stored on our payment system and, if provided, your bank account details will be stored on our bank’s digital banking platform. Occasions may arise where we require more comprehensive personal information. If we are delivering an item to your home address at your own request then we will store this data for one year. If we are assessing your suitability for, or appointing you as, a steward we may ask for more personal information including address and contact information in the event of an emergency. If you are participating in an event run by us we may collect a short biography of your career or current role, and a photograph for use in any event-specific materials. Information will only be published in printed materials with your permission as granted at the time of registration for any given event.
How is Personal Data Collected by us?
Generally data is provided to us voluntarily through email, postal and telephone correspondence, or browsing of information which is already publicly available. We may also collect information through application and registration forms for events. These forms may be paper or digital and may be sent to us by post or email, or collected via ticketing payment services such as Pay Pal.
How is Personal Data used by us?
If your email address is on one of our mailing lists we will use this to update you generally on our current activities and events.
Any further information we hold is used for activity previously agreed with you e.g. general correspondence, making payments, delivery of materials, booking travel arrangements and accommodation and any other reasonably expected practises relevant to our business with you. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Any request to change or delete the personal date held on you will be adhered to within 5 working days. If you wish to unsubscribe from a mailing list simply click on the relevant link at the bottom of any mail out, or reply with “UNSCUBRIBE” in the subject line or body of your email.
